Event Timetable

• All vehicles (with the exception of couriers) delivering to the venue must book a slot using Voyage Control. Full information can be found in the Delivery section of the A-Z General Information.
• Stands must be completed, and excess products and materials must be removed from the hall, no later than 20:00 on Monday 16 June. Please allow time to load and unload vehicles.
• During build-up and breakdown, contractors and exhibitors are required to wear build-up/breakdown passes at all times and to comply with all health and safety regulations. Please collect as many passes as you need from the security personnel upon your arrival at the venue. Passes can only be collected if the Health & Safety Form has been completed for your stand.
• High visibility vests must be worn in the hall and on the lorryway/loading areas during build-up and breakdown. Open-toed shoes and/or sandals will not be accepted on site during build-up and breakdown; appropriate footwear must be worn.
• No late working will be permitted.

Please ensure your stand is manned and exhibits displayed throughout the open period of the exhibition. For health & safety reasons, and to show courtesy to late visitors and other exhibitors, no dismantling of exhibits may begin until the exhibition closes and the halls are clear of all visitors.

• Stand constructors will not be permitted into the exhibition halls before 17:00 on Wednesday 18 June.
• During build-up and breakdown, contractors and exhibitors are required to wear build-up/breakdown passes at all times and to comply with the health and safety regulations of the venue. Please collect as many passes as you need from the security personnel upon your arrival at the venue. Passes can only be collected if the Health & Safety Form has been completed for your stand.
• High visibility vests and appropriate footwear must be worn in the hall and out on the lorryway during build-up and breakdown. Please note that open-toed shoes and/or sandals will not be accepted on site during build-up and breakdown; appropriate footwear must be worn.
• Trolleys will be allowed on the exhibition floor only when the show has closed and all visitors have left the hall.

ALL EXHIBITS AND STAND EQUIPMENT MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE HALLS BY 18:00 ON THURSDAY 19 JUNE. ANY REMAINING ITEMS WILL BE REMOVED AS WASTE AT THE EXHIBITOR’S EXPENSE.
