Couriers are not required to book a time slot for access. When they arrive, couriers will be instructed to go to a waiting area where a representative from the exhibiting company must meet them to receive the goods. Most external couriers are familiar with delivery procedures at venues.
In order to guarantee a space, parking should be pre-booked via the website. The Venue car park only permits vehicles up to a maximum of 1.9 metres height. There are limited over-height vehicle spaces available for vehicles up to 2.8m.
Access to the car park is only via the A13. There is no access to the venue car park from Western Gateway or Seagull Lane. If you’re using satellite navigation please enter the postcode E16 1FR for the entrance to the car park or what3words: cheer.events.began.

ULEZ
Excel London is now within the Ultra Low Emission Zone. Visit the website for further information, or use the QR code to check whether your vehicle is subject to the ULEZ charge and find out how to pay.
Your stand package includes two exhibitor passes and one conference pass per 9sqm booked. One additional conference pass per 50sqm booked (eg 100sqm = 2 conference passes). All passes must be registered in the Exhibitor HUB. Contact the RenewableUK event team if you are unsure of your allocation. Additional passes may also be purchased in the HUB.
Venue cloakrooms are open during event hours and are free to use. The cloakrooms cannot accept cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices. No items can be stored overnight. The cloakrooms are located on level 0 (down the stairs, in between hall entrances N4 & S4) and at the east end of the venue on level 0.
During build-up and breakdown, contractors and exhibitors are required to wear build-up/breakdown wristbands. Please collect as many as you need from the security personnel upon your arrival at the venue. Passes can only be collected if the Health & Safety Form has been completed for your stand.
