Shell Scheme Stands

All Shell Scheme stands provided by P&J Live will be constructed with a Modul shell scheme aluminium frame, and will be fitted with grey, Velcro-compatible infill panels. Please note that, for open sides longer than 4m, it will be necessary to position additional support posts. Larger stands may also need posts within the stand space.

Shell Scheme Package

A standard Shell Scheme stand package includes the following for each 9sqm booked:

  • carpeted floor space (grey carpet tiles)
  • grey, Velcro-compatible infill panels with aluminium components. See the illustration below for size details. Please note, no stand fitting, or display, on shell scheme stands can exceed 2.5m in height.
  • 1 x 500w socket - you may bring your own extension lead which must be PAT tested
  • 2 x 120w spotlights
  • fascia nameboard, detailing company name, with black lettering on a white background. Please complete the Shell Scheme Nameboard Form by 3 November. Any exhibitor who has not completed the form by the deadline will automatically be provided with the company name as stated on their exhibition contract.

Shell Scheme panels should be carefully treated to avoid damage, and care should be taken when mounting display panels etc. Light material may be attached using hook Velcro. Advice should be sought from P&J Live for mounting heavy materials as special battens may be needed. Please note, no items are to be fixed to, or suspended from, the fascia, or celling grid, as this could affect the structural integrity of the stand.

Carpet

The hall is carpeted in grey carpet tiles.

Electrics & Lighting

All Shell Scheme stands come with one 500w socket, and two spotlights per 9sqm. For any additional electrical requirements please contact P&J Live.

The electricity network should generally be regarded as being "live". The power is, however, usually connected 30 minutes before opening and disconnected 30 minutes after closing. If an electricity supply is required at other times, for night-time operation or during build-up or breakdown, please contact Craig Paterson at CPaterson@pandjlive.com.

A guide to the wattage of appliances is below. For an accurate measure of the wattage required by the appliance in question, please refer to its manual. For assistance contact P&J Live.
