All attendees must be registered in advance to gain entry to the show and have access to the event app. To redeem your pass allocation, please access your Exhibitor Hub and assign tickets to attendees.
Exhibitor Hub login details will have been sent to Exhibitor Leads from LiveBuzz. If you are unable to access your Hub, please contact events@renewableuk.com.
Exhibitors are encouraged to bring a printed copy of their e-badge to allow for a totally contactless registration process.

Anyone wanting access to the exhibition hall, or working on your stand during live event days, will need an exhibition pass. Extra passes may be purchased in the Exhibitor Hub. To log in to the Exhibitor Hub you will need to use the link in the email sent to you by LiveBuzz. If you need help to access the Hub, please email: events@renewableuk.com. Exhibitor staff passes are valid only for staff members working on the stand during the event. Visit the event website for up-to-date pass types and rates.

Book your co-exhibitor listing directly with RenewableUK. This ensures any co-exhibitors will benefit from a dedicated entry in the Global Offshore Wind 2026 online exhibitor list and website. Fees per co-exhibitor is £350 + VAT.

In order for us to collect your co-exhibitor details, please complete this GOW26 Co-exhibitor Onboarding Form attached by Friday 17 April. This is to confirm how many co-exhibitor profiles you would like and their details for us to send them the link to manage their own profile.
Co-exhibitor Access
Please note only the main exhibitor point of contact receives access to the Exhibitor Manual and login details for the Hub which is where you allocate all tickets included in stand booking. Co-exhibitors only get directly access to the RenewableUK app to complete their company profile.
Risk Assessment
All exhibitors and co-exhibitors need to have public liability insurance of £5,000,000. Risk assessments should be submitted by the main exhibitor/pavilion organiser only.
