All attendees must be registered in advance of the event to gain entry to the venue and the event app. Please register your passes in the HUB. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring a printed copy of their e-badge to allow for total contactless registration process.

Your stand package includes:
Anyone wanting access to the exhibition hall, or working on your stand during live event days, will need an exhibition pass. Additional passes may also be purchased in the HUB.

Stand bookers may share their space with partner organisations by the addition of co-exhibitors.
Co-exhibitors benefit from having a separate exhibition entry on the event app and exhibition list. The fee per co-exhibitor is £350 + VAT.

Deadline: in order for us to collect your co-exhibitor details, please complete this GOW25 Co-exhibitor Onboarding Form attached by Friday 18 April. This is to confirm how many co-exhibitor profiles you would like and their details for us to send them the link to manage their own profile.
Risk Assessment
Co-exhibitors are not required to submit a risk assessment. The lead booker is responsible for supplying the risk assessment for the whole space. All exhibitors and co-exhibitors need to have public liability insurance of £5,000,000.
Co-Exhibitor Access
Each exhibitor receives access to the Exhibitor Manual and login details for the HUB to allocate all tickets. Co-exhibitors only get access to the RenewableUK app for their company profile.
