Below is a helpful list of important tasks required to make your event successful. Please note, late, or onsite, orders may incur surcharges and a more limited choice.
All exhibitors: must complete the Health & Safety Form, Sustainability Form and submit a copy of their Public Liability Insurance cover.
Shell Scheme / Show Ready exhibitors: must also complete the Nameboard and Shell Scheme Risk Assessment Forms.
Space Only exhibitors: the Space Only Stand Plan Submission Form must be submitted along with your stand plans and RAMS.
Space Only stand builders: must complete the Contractor Sustainability Form.

The scheme, which is simple and quick to participate in, will enable us to assess our exhibitors and publicly recognise those who demonstrate the highest standards of both environmental and social sustainability.
