Event Timetable

• Stands must be completed, and excess products and materials must be removed from the hall, no later than 20:00 on Tuesday 11 November. Please allow time to load and unload vehicles.
• During build-up and breakdown, contractors and exhibitors are required to wear build-up/breakdown passes at all times, and to comply with all health and safety regulations. Please collect as many passes as you need from the security personnel upon your arrival at the venue. Passes can only be collected if the Health & Safety Form has been completed for your stand.
• High visibility vests must be worn in the hall, and on the lorryway/loading areas, during build-up and breakdown.
• No late working will be permitted.

Please ensure your stand is manned and exhibits displayed throughout the open period of the exhibition. For health & safety reasons, and to show courtesy to late visitors and other exhibitors, no dismantling may begin until the exhibition closes and the halls are clear of all visitors. 

• Stand constructors will not be permitted into the exhibition hall before 16:30 on Thursday 13 November.

• High visibility vests and appropriate footwear must be worn in the hall, and on the lorryway/loading areas, during build-up and breakdown. 
• Trolleys will be allowed on the exhibition floor only when the show has closed and all visitors have left the hall.

ALL EXHIBITS AND STAND EQUIPMENT MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE HALLS BY 22:00 ON THURSDAY 13 NOVEMBER. ANY REMAINING ITEMS WILL BE REMOVED AS WASTE AT THE EXHIBITOR’S EXPENSE.
