Register Your Passes

All attendees must be registered in advance to gain entry to the show and have access to the event app. To redeem your pass allocation, please access your Exhibitor Hub and assign tickets to attendees.

Exhibitor Hub login details will have been sent to Exhibitor Leads from floating-offshore-wind-2025@livebuzzreg.com. If you are unable to access your Hub, please contact events@renewableuk.com.

Exhibitors are encouraged to bring a printed copy of their e-badge to allow for a totally contactless registration process.

For general event registration, please click here.

Registration will be open for exhibitors to obtain badges from 14:00 on 11 November. During show open days, all delegates and exhibitors will be subject to bag searches upon entry. We encourage you to leave your suitcases with the concierge in your hotel on the morning you check out, as all suitcases will need to be searched upon entry to the event venue. Delegates with no suitcases will be able to skip the queue and use the fast-track access. On event days, access is only permitted via the main entrance, or the Sub-T car park entrance.
