Below is a list of important tasks required to make your event successful. Please note that late orders will incur a 25% surcharge, and maybe a more limited choice.
All exhibitors: must complete the Health & Safety Form, and submit a copy of their Public Liability Insurance cover.
Shell Scheme exhibitors: must also complete the Nameboard and Shell Scheme & Launch Pad Risk Assessment forms.
Launch Pad exhibitors: must also complete the Shell Scheme Risk & Launch Pad Assessment form.
Space Only exhibitors: the Space Only Stand Plan Submission Form must be submitted along with your stand plans and RAMS. Space Only stand builders must complete the Better Stands Pre-Show Survey.
